FLYING OVER PHILIPPINES (4K UHD) - Amazing Beautiful Nature Scenery with Relaxing Music for Stress Relief
The Philippines (Filipino: Pilipinas) is an archipelago in South-East Asia of more than seven thousand islands located between the Philippine Sea and the South China Sea at the southeastern edge of Asia.
Many wonderful beaches are just part of one of the world's longest coastlines and it would take about 20 years to spend a day on every island. Since Spanish colonial times, the country has been Asia's largest Catholic country. Over a hundred ethnic groups, a mixture of foreign influences and a fusion of culture and arts have enhanced the uniqueness of the Filipino identity and the wonder that is the Philippines.

The Philippine flag is the symbol of the country's rich history and struggles. The blue stripe at the top signifies peace, freedom, and patriotism, While the red stripe at the bottom represents courage, bravery, and the blood of Filipino heroes who fought for the country's independence. The white triangle symbolizes equality and brotherhood, the three stars represent the three main regions of the Philippines - Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, and the eight rays of the sun in the Philippine flag represent the first eight provinces that fought during the Philippine Revolution, namely Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Laguna, Batangas, and Tarlac.

The island of Mindanao is notoriously known for being the most dangerous place in the Philippines after years of conflict and terror. However in recent times the island seems to have settled down and found peace but the travel warnings still remain for foreigners. So myself and @harryjaggardtravel decided to visit the island and see for ourselves how the situation was, welcome to Mindanao! 🇵🇭

Do not retire in the Philippines now - not until you're aware of all the reasons not to retire in the Philippines (and there are quite a few)! There are reasons not to retire in the Philippines, and don't consider retiring in the Philippines before watching this - it's not all rainbows and smiles. Retirement in the Philippines for foreigners may sound like Nirvana, but if you're not careful, it could be hell!

Remittances alone accounted for a staggering $36.3 billion in 2022, contributing a remarkable 10% to the nation's GDP. 💸 Meanwhile, the Philippines welcomed a whopping 8 million tourists in 2022, boosting its economy and creating employment opportunities.
Join us as we explore how these economic lifelines have transformed the Philippines, enhancing domestic consumption, reducing poverty, and improving living standards. 📈 But it's not all sunshine and rainbows; we'll also discuss the challenges the Philippines faces in maintaining this progress.
The Philippines' service sector, comprising a significant portion of its GDP, plays a pivotal role in this economic miracle. 📊 With the Information Technology-Business Process Outsourcing (IT-BPO) industry at the forefront, the nation has established itself as a global tech services hub.

The Philippines is vowing to defend its territory in the South China Sea amid escalating tensions with Beijing.
Philippines President Bongbong Marcos visited an island in the region, saying his country is not looking for trouble but will stand up for the rights of its people.
A Coast Guard officer under orders from President Marcos sliced through a rope laid in the sea by Beijing as part of a barrier from the Chinese Coast Guard.
Philippines Secretary of National Defence Gilberto Teodoro Jr told Sky News, “we don’t want to face off with them; we just want them out of our territory”.
“We are going to stand up more because it’s an insult to our integrity, an insult to our intellect.”
Philippines is the ultimate tropical paradise that you can travel on $30/day. This video shows a 2 week itinerary & best things to do in the Philippines.
