Property Description:
‘’One of 26 luxury residences in The Cape, an elegant private community in Phuket, Yamu One is the largest and most lavish. The villa's ten bedrooms and gorgeous living areas are spread over three levels and acres of landscaped gardens leading down to the beach. Views across Phang-Nga Bay are breathtaking, especially when the sea and sky are bathed in golden light at sunrise. The estate includes a gym, games and media room, dining room with guest kitchen, spa, putting green and boathouse with a yoga deck.

Reflecting its location on the doorstep of Phuket's marine delights, Yamu One's beauty and tranquility are enhanced by carefully designed water features throughout. Along with its dreamy 24-meter lava-rock swimming pool are reflecting pools and a waterfall wall. Thoughtful and generous design extends throughout the villa, conceived by an acclaimed design team that includes Tim Beaumont and architect Jean-Michel Gathy, best known for his iconic Aman resort designs. Yamu One's style is contemporary and deceptively simple with calming tones and no superfluous adornments.’’

Thailand has long been a popular destination for tourists, expats, digital nomads and backpackers. The theme when I've spoken to certain people and read comments and watched videos on YouTube have been that people aren't liking Thailand like they used to, here's why they don't like it and why I love it!

Houston, we have a problem.

Thank you so much for your continuous support and feedback. We really appreciate that and want to give something back to you.

Our partners at HYTE @hytebrand have sent us this fantastic Q60 240mm but THICC AIO liquid cooler, which we want to give away to one of you!

Rules:
1. Follow @grigobyte and @hytebrand
2. Like and share this post.
3. Comment and tag two of your friends.

Winner will be chosen by July 21th and we will share the raffle in our story like last time. We will reach out the winner via DM and only through our official page.

💚 GOOD LUCK 💚

@SalemTechsperts We are friends not food :)

Every computer tech needs this program, AutoIT

Today we are taking a look at AutoIT. It's a scripting language similar to Basic that allows you to automate tasks. I've been using this program for years and it's probably one of the most useful programs I have as an IT professional.
