Today I visit Klong Toey, often referred to as a "slum" or portrayed as a dangerous neighborhood. Klong Toey is Thailand's largest slum area by title, however, if you go to Klong Toey and interact with the locals, you will see the overwhelming friendliness of the people within. This Bangkok neighborhood is one of my favorites to visit, today I bring my mate @JackTorr and we come to drink some beers and enjoy great times with the locals in Klong Toey. Throughout my travels of Thailand, I have yet to see a single Dangerous Neighborhood, or even be in an area I feel uncomfortable.

Join us for the day here in proper rural Thailand.

We're staying with our friend Ann in a little village in Phichit province for a while and thought we'd show you around.

First up was a tour of Ann's beautiful wooden Thai house before a full English breakfast with imported bacon and black pudding!

We took part in the morning buddhist alms giving with Ann and explored the village by motorbike showing just how beautiful rural Thailand is.

How can anybody not love it out here in the Thai provinces 🇹🇭

Bangkok Chinatown is the largest Chinatown in the world. It is also, quite arguably, one of the best Chinatowns to visit as well. Chinatown is the place to be in Bangkok. Head to the famous Yaowarat Road after dark to find some of the best eats in the city.

The Grand Palace is a complex of buildings at the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. The palace has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam (and later Thailand) since 1782.
The Grand Palace is made up of numerous buildings, halls, pavilions set around open lawns, gardens and courtyards.It is divided into several quarters: the Temple of the Emerald Buddha; the Outer Court, with many public buildings; the Middle Court, including the Phra Maha Monthien Buildings, the Phra Maha Prasat Buildings and the Chakri Maha Prasat Buildings; the Inner Court and the Siwalai Gardens quarter. The Grand Palace is currently partially open to the public as a museum, but it remains a working palace, with several royal offices still situated inside.

Wat Pho also spelled Wat Po, is a Buddhist temple complex in the Phra Nakhon District, Bangkok, Thailand. It is on Rattanakosin Island, directly south of the Grand Palace. Known also as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, its official name is Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram Rajwaramahawihan. The temple is first on the list of six temples in Thailand classed as the highest grade of the first-class royal temples.The temple complex houses the largest collection of Buddha images in Thailand, including a 46 m long reclining Buddha.

Airplane Graveyard, off of Ramkhamhaeng Road in Bangkok, an abandoned 747 and two smaller MD-82 planes sit derelict and lying in pieces. Besides the oddity of seeing huge planes lying by the side of the road

8. Go For an Island-Hopping Tour
We did a day trip by longtail boat, covering 4 islands. There were multiple stops for swimming and snorkeling and a stop at Railay Beach.

7. Hike the Wat Tham Sua
Sitting right outside of Krabi Town, the Tiger Cave Temple is certainly worth a visit. Most visitors come to climb the 1,260 steps to the top of the hill.

6. Explore Thung Teao Forest Natural Park
There is a short boardwalk trail that takes you to three different pools in the middle of the jungle: Crystal Pool, Emerald Pool, and the Blue Pool.

5. Dip into the Krabi Hot Springs
Cut into smooth rocks, the hot springs flow from deep rooted thermal springs that are located inside volcanic chambers.

कुछ दिन पहले एक कार्यक्रम के लिए थाईलैंड की राजधानी बैंगकॉक में था। टहलते हुए शहर के बीचोंबीच ब्रह्मा जी का यह मंदिर दिखा। काफ़ी देर यहाँ रहा। यहाँ के मंदिर की पूजा पद्धति, मंत्रोच्चारण सब कुछ हमारे यहाँ के मंदिरों से अलग है। हैरानी होती है कि इन मूर्तियों और मंदिरों का हिन्दू धर्म से क्या संबंध हैं और ये कैसे बौद्ध धर्म की पूजा पद्धति में समाहित हो गए। थाईलैंड में ब्रह्मा की और मूर्तियाँ और मंदिर भी है। विष्णु के मंदिर भी हैं। गणेश जी की भव्य मूर्तियां खूब नज़र आती हैं। कई देवी देवताओं के बारे में नहीं जान सके। इन्हें बस पर्यटक की नज़र से देखा। भारत से कई हजार मील दूर इन मंदिरों-मूर्तियों को देखना मेले में किसी बिछड़े से अचानक मिल जाने का अहसास देता रहा। क्या ये देवी देवता हमसे बिछड़ गए हैं या हम इनसे बिछड़ गए हैं?

Koh Samui is a stunning tropical island located in the Gulf of Thailand. It's known for its pristine beaches, crystal clear waters, and lush green forests. But with so many areas to choose from, it can be challenging to decide on the best place to stay.

First up, we have Chaweng. This area is perfect if you're looking for a bustling nightlife scene. Chaweng has a wide range of bars, clubs, and restaurants to choose from, and it's also home to the island's largest beach. You'll find everything from luxury resorts to budget-friendly accommodations.

Next, we have Lamai, which is located south of Chaweng. Lamai is known for its laid-back vibe and stunning beaches. It's a bit quieter than Chaweng but still has plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Lamai also has a great night market that's perfect for trying out local food and picking up souvenirs. Just down from Lamai is a beautiful secluded beach, Silver Beach. This area is located on the northern coast of Koh Samui and is home to Fisherman's Village, a quaint town filled with boutique shops and restaurants. Bophut is perfect if you're looking for a quiet retreat, but still want to be close enough to the action.
