Nach den Blind Auditions, bei denen die Talente allein durch ihren Gesang überzeugen müssen und darauf hoffen, dass ein oder mehrere Coaches für sie buzzern, werden die Sängerinnen und Sänger von ihren Coaches betreut. Sie nehmen sich Zeit, um die Talente besser kennenzulernen, ihre Stärken auszufeilen und an Schwächen zu arbeiten. Dabei erhalten die Talente wichtige Ratschläge und Tipps, denn ab jetzt gilt es, sich gegen die anderen starken Musiker durchzusetzen.
In den folgenden Shows müssen die Talente die Battles und die Sing-Offs bestehen. Dabei singen sie gegeneinander und müssen als Besserer hervorgehen. In jeder Folge kommen nur einige Talente weiter, bis im Finale der Gewinner von den Zuschauern gewählt wird.
In Staffel 11 von "The Voice of Germany" nimmt die Soulsängerin und Songwriterin zum ersten Mal auf einem der roten Stühle Platz. Daneben feiert auch Sänger und Songwriter Johannes Oerding sein Debut am Buzzer. Sarah Connor und Johannes Oerding buhlen in den Blind Auditions an der Seite von Mark Forster und Nico Santos um die Gunst der besten Talente.

Tillis' biggest hits include "I Ain't Never", "Good Woman Blues", and "Coca-Cola Cowboy".<br /><br />In 1976, he was awarded Entertainer of the Year at Country Music Association Awards' before being inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame later that year. In 2012 he was awarded the National Medal of Arts for his contributions to country music by President Barack Obama.<br /><br />Tillis achieved chart-topping success with more than three dozen Top 10 hits and recorded more than 60 albums throughout his career. This included Top 10 country hits, "These Lonely Hands of Mine" and "She'll Be Hanging Around Somewhere" and a Top 5 with "Heart Over Mind", which peaked at No. 3 on the Hot Country Songs list in 1970.<br /><br />In 1972, Tillis achieved his first chart-topper with his version of his song "I Ain't Never" originally sung by Webb Pierce. Tills achieved most of his success under MGM Records with records such as "Heaven Everyday" (1970), "Commercial Affection" (1970), "Arms of a Fool" (1970), "Take My Hand" (a duet with Sherry Bryce in 1971), and "Brand New Mister Me" (1971). In addition to the close No. 1, "Neon Rose" reaching No. 3 and "Sawmill", which reached No. 2 on the US Country Chart. Brittany Trevino of New Braunfels, Texas was going through her family storage unit two years ago when she was suddenly accosted by police and arrested under questionable circumstances. Trevino's possession of a small pipe used to smoke legal CBD hemp was used to charge her with drug paraphernalia, a crime for which she was ultimately convicted. Despite this injustice, Trevino tried to move on with her life—then, one day, she encountered the same officer who arrested her. Overcome with displeasure, Trevino made a rude gesture to the officer, who responded by walking away from a traffic stop he was conducting to pull Trevino over and arrest her for failing to signal a lane change. Police Accountability Report reviews the footage and evidence surrounding Trevino's case, and speaks with Brittany personally to examine how much of a burden the system has placed on her life and family.

The four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" returns as Queen of Country Reba McEntire claims her red chair alongside last season's champ, Niall Horan, and returning superstar coaches John Legend and Gwen Stefani as they vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon.
The show's innovative format features five stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Knockouts, Playoffs and Live Performance Shows.
This season, the block returns to the Blind Auditions, and during Battles, each coach will have two steals to use. The Three-Way Knockouts are also back. This time, however, artists will select their own songs to perform.
Once the Live Performance Shows begin, the top artists will compete against each other weekly during a live broadcast. This time, the television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. In the end, one artist will be named "The Voice" and receive the grand prize of a recording contract.

Thai police said they may have found the remains of a missing Chinese tourist on July 13, 2024. Yan Ruimin was reported missing by a friend, who said he had not heard from her since June 30. A male Chinese suspect who was linked to the case has been arrested in Macau, according to local media reports. Thai police say they assume the suspect and victim knew each other. In early July, Yan’s family said they received an anonymous phone call demanding a ransom of 1 million yuan (US$137,800).
