SOLO ASMR 🌳 GIRL 🌲 OVERNIGHT CAMPING • CAMPING NEAR THE WATERFALL • RELAXING RIVER SOUND

It snowed 30 inches (76 cm) in less than 12 hrs but I was comfy and warm in my dugout shelter (snow cave) under 10 feet (3 meters) of snow. I built a mass snow cave the size of a small cabin carved from the snow in the Alaskan Mountains. But while the solo camping was comfortable, the return home was very not, my poor car was buried and it took me 3 hrs to dig myself to freedom and only after a lot of help from strangers.

This time I walked to a place in the resin forest, unexpectedly the rain fell and grew heavier in the middle of the trip, until I arrived at the place I wanted to build a tent still under heavy rain, cold and wet did not make me undo the intention to stay.

It is undeniable that there is a very satisfying taste if it can be enjoyed during heavy rains, and to celebrate it I have chicken noodles and a warm drink.

“How do you stay safe?!”

Staying safe on my first solo camping trip was my top priority. 👏🏼

In addition to staying at a campsite that I was familiar with and bringing several forms of protection, I am confident in using my voice and body to protect myself. 😤

Sure, camping alone was kinda scary but I did everything I could to prepare for what I was scared of and I ended up having a great time. I don’t want to let my fears hold me back from doing things I love and I shouldn’t have to wait for someone else to be free so I can go on an adventure!

Here’s what I brought to stay safe:

🐻 Bear spray
🚨 @shes_birdie personal alarm
🔪 Pocket knife
😤 Whistle
🔒 Carabiners to use as “locks” for my tent
🪑 An extra chair to make it look like I wasn’t alone

🚘 I parked the car facing the road so I wouldn’t have to back out if I needed to make a quick escape.

And the most important thing I did on my solo camping trip was 👏🏼trust my gut👏🏼

SOLO CAMPING HEAVY RAIN • TRAPPED IN HEAVY RAIN IN THE COZY TENT

Solo camping heavy rain made me unable to get out of the tent. However, I enjoyed the atmosphere of heavy rain like this. I was able to cook my favorite food inside the comfortable tent.

I went solo camping when the weather was foggy. Even though it has entered the dry season, in my area there is still rain, although it is very rare. After I built the tent, heavy rain immediately fell so I did not have time to do activities outside the tent.

It rained all night. Even after I ate my dinner and went to sleep, it was still raining outside the tent. In the morning, the weather was quite cloudy but it didn't rain until I got home.
