Phuket is located in Southern Thailand and just over an hour by plane from Bangkok. It is the biggest island of Thailand and sits on the Andaman Sea. Being a big island, Phuket is surrounded by many magnificent beaches such as Rawai, Patong, Karon, Kamala, Kata Yai, Kata Noi, and Mai Khao.
Apart from the beautiful beaches, Phuket also famous with their nightlife. Phuket’s Nightlife centre is in Patong, Bangla Road, but spreads out throughout the districts. The video was shot at the Patong area, known as the most happening place in Phuket.

22:13 The Golden Triangle, notorious for opium production, has a new drug of choice - methamphetamine. The Shan State in Myanmar is now believed to be the world's leading source of the contraband.

In 2021, over 1 billion meth pills were seized in East and Southeast Asia, much of it originating from this part of Indochina. From Myanmar, the synthetic drugs flow across the porous border into Thailand, to be smuggled to other parts of the world.

With the pandemic all but over, the drug trade is expected to pick up with increasing demand. Meanwhile, Thailand grapples with the meth pills that stay in its borders, as drug use climbs among its citizens.

Thailand's narcotics bureau has said, that "addressing the methamphetamine situation is a top priority for the Government of Thailand", even as authorities enact new laws to clamp down on drugs. Why has meth become so widespread in this region? And what impact will it have on Thai society?

The Philippine flag is full of history and symbolism. It represents our nation of what we are and how strong the Filipino is.

It’s been 439 days since our family first stepped foot in the enchanting country of the Philippines. Since then, we’ve returned from the U.S. 3 more times, visited 23 of its 7,000 islands, and experienced everything from off-grid houseboats and beachfront glamping to chicken blood and fertilized duck embryos. What’s more is that we’ve fallen completely in love with the filipino people and culture — and found our new BFF family along the way. So enchanted are we with “Asia's Pearl of the Orient” that we’ve now leased a second home in Manila’s BGC neighborhood so that we can spend even more time exploring, zip lining, canyoneering, diving, boating, shopping, and of course, eating.

Well, we just launched our very first episode on our new Live the Philippines channel and BOY is it a doozy! Over 4 hours of incredible adventures showing you how we fell in love with the Philippines. We’ll take you back to our very first visit in September 2022 and show you our journey to where we are now, just over one year later.
