SOLO CAMPING IN SEPTEMBER RAIN • TWO DAYS CAMPING IN THE RAIN

This year's summer was quite long. However, in my area it still rains at some times. When I went solo camping, the weather was quite cloudy. When we arrived at the location, it started to rain. I build a tent when it rains. Even though it's not too heavy, rain in summer is something that is quite rare.

In the afternoon I made delicious fried noodles. After that I boiled potatoes and eggs while the heavy rain fell. It rained until late at night, until I even slept. In the morning, I made breakfast toast before going home from my solo camping.

Solo camping in the snow in a hot tent.
Weather has suddenly changed from rain to heavy snow.

It was raining lightly when we arrived at the campsite.

The rain melted the snow, and it was very difficult to set up because our feet were buried in the snow.

After setting up safely, we grilled delicious steaks on the wood stove and went to bed.

By night, the rain had turned to snow.

The tent was very spacious and safe to sleep in.

When I woke up in the morning, I was surprised to see a lot of snow on the ceiling of my tent.

The weight of the snow bent the tent poles.

The snow shoveling went very smoothly.

After breakfast, we relaxed a bit and then took a nap.

When I woke up from my nap, the weather had changed to heavy snow.

There was quite a bit of snow around the tent.

We felt that if the snow continued to fall at this rate, the tents were in danger of being buried, so we began to take them down in a hurry.

We managed to complete the cleanup by sundown.

It was a camp where we learned about weather changes and the greatness of nature.

SOLO CAMPING IN HEAVY RAIN - CAUGHT IN A STORM - WARM TENT IN COLD WEATHER


Hello friends! Today I am camping in the beautiful mountains.
I walked to the location of the camp, arrived in the afternoon, and then set up the tent. Not having finished setting up the tent, suddenly it rained heavily. I quickly finished it and then entered the tent. In the tent, I cook black soybean sauce noodles. It really suits the atmosphere that evening.
At night, when I was relaxing and drinking yakult, suddenly a rainstorm hit. The weather turned cold. Then I prepared a mattress, sleeping bag, and inflatable pillow. I sleep very well.
In the morning, the rain had let up but the sky was overcast. I had breakfast with salad and warm limes. The morning view is so beautiful. Enjoy watching!

NOT SOLO CAMPING • CAMPING IN RAINY DAY • TWO DAYS CAMPING IN RAIN

My brother and I went not solo camping in the rainforest of Mount Slamet. When leaving the weather was still quite sunny, but in the middle of the trip it started to rain. We also set up a tent when it rained. Even though it wasn't too heavy, the rain made us use raincoats.

The rain had stopped after we put up the tents. However, towards evening the rain came again. The rain makes the camping atmosphere feel cooler considering it's still summer here. Rain very rarely falls here. We were lucky to encounter rain while did our not solo camping this time.

Pros:
- close to Brisbane, very convinient
- isolated, well distanced campsites
- Beautiful running creek, crystal clear water
- big size campsite all for yourself
- Swimming hole right infront of the campsite

Cons:
- none I can think of!

Note:
- A little rock crossing needs to be done to get there, but it's not that wild.
