For this week’s World of Outlaws #ThrowbackThursday, we head back to 1985 as the World of Outlaws took on the Eldora Speedway for a day show at Earl Baltes’ legendary half-mile!

It was supposed to have been an epic party, an all-night rave in a forest under the stars. Instead the Supernova music festival became the scene of a massacre, with hundreds of victims, most in their twenties and thirties, shot dead near Kibbutz Re’im in southern Israel.

Starting at 11pm on Friday and running through the night, the party was attended by thousands. It ended with gunfire, rockets and missiles during one of the bloodiest days in Israel’s history, as Hamas militants from Gaza launched an attack by air, land and sea.

Among the missing is Jake Marlowe, 26, a British citizen who had been working at the event as a security guard. A friend said last night that Marlowe, an Arsenal fan and heavy-metal musician, had left his family home in Potters Bar in Hertfordshire two years ago, after becoming alarmed at rising levels of antisemitism in the UK.

ISRAEL blitzed Gaza City on Saturday (October 7) in revenge for a bloody all-out attack by Hamas terrorists that left hundreds dead.

Whole tower blocks were reduced to rubble in devastating air strikes after Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu promised "mighty vengeance".

Dozens of Israeli civilians and soldiers are being held hostage after they were dragged across the border into Gaza.

More than 250 Israelis are dead and 232 Palestinians have also reportedly been killed in retaliatory air strikes

The Supernova music festival in Israel descended into chaos early on Saturday morning when Hamas gunmen stormed the desert party, killing hundreds of people and kidnapping dozens of others.

The four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" returns as Queen of Country Reba McEntire claims her red chair alongside last season's champ, Niall Horan, and returning superstar coaches John Legend and Gwen Stefani as they vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon.

The show's innovative format features five stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Knockouts, Playoffs and Live Performance Shows.

This season, the block returns to the Blind Auditions, and during Battles, each coach will have two steals to use. The Three-Way Knockouts are also back. This time, however, artists will select their own songs to perform.

Once the Live Performance Shows begin, the top artists will compete against each other weekly during a live broadcast. This time, the television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. In the end, one artist will be named "The Voice" and receive the grand prize of a recording contract.

This custom gaming pc has $6000 worth of technology . An RTX 4090 , i9-13900KF , 8TB NVMe , 128GB DDR5 , 2 14TB HDD's , and an overheating issue! Which is why it's in my computer repair shop. Because the 240mm AIO can't cool this under stres, undervolting the CPU was the only option until a larger AIO can be purchased. This tech runs hot and needs to be cooled properly.

Today I'm going to clean an old dusty Dell desktop that's had a good run but is being replaced by a new computer. But before I know what to sell my customer, I need to know how they use their current computer so I can make sure to give them the tech that fits them best! There's no point selling someone a new pc loaded with expensive technology so they can do the most basic tasks like web browsing and email. My incentive is to save them money and have a happy customer that comes back when they need something. It's what sets small repair shops like mine apart from the big box stores. But before this can go on my bench, this PC needs a deep cleaning out back.

While recovering from the sickness that won't be named, I kept thinking about what I know now, that I didn't before going live for the first time. I couldn't help go to the generic advice, like don't use starting soon screens, start a YouTube channel to grow, so I tried my best to ignore those and focus on my personal experience as a Streamer, Twitch Partner, and YouTuber.

For example, how hard it was to be a Creator when I didn't have other Creators Friends, or how hard it is to stream as a job, and the pressure that came from it. These are the things I wish I knew before streaming, to 0 viewers.

How To Grow On Twitch?

If you want to grow your Twitch stream, it is important to be critical. Being critical isn’t a bad thing, people say, “Oh don’t be so critical of yourself!”.

But there are a lot of things you can control and improve, such as your visuals, audio, and most importantly your content that you’re creating. Watch back your VoD and be honest with yourself, is it up to scratch. Does your mic sound good? Are you engaging? Is it easy to watch and enjoy or is there something that is off-putting? Be honest, push yourself to grow, and become a better entertainer!

Because at the end of the day, the only way you are going to grow your stream is by growing yourself and being critical in a positive way.

What Bitrate And Settings Should I Use For Streaming?

The easiest way to understand bitrate is by calling what it actually is, your upload speed to the Twitch servers.

Now you’ll need a higher bitrate depending on how high quality you want your stream to be, this means 1080p 60 frames per second will need a bitrate of 6000, which roughly equals 6megabits upload speed on your end being taken up

By lowering your resolution and framerate, you can make it a lot easier to stream, for example, if you set your base canvas size to 1920x1080, but change your output to 1280x720 otherwise known as 720p you drop down to only needing a bitrate of 4500 or 4.5megabits.

If you still want 1080, you can even just lower your framerate from 60fps to 30fps and then adjust to 4500bitrate.
