WARNING: DISTRESSING CONTENT Heartbreaking video shows tattoo artist Shani Louk joyfully dancing at an Israeli music festival before she was stripped naked and apparently murdered by Hamas terrorists – as it emerged that the 23-year-old once lived in Portland.

“These are probably the last moments of her before Hamas attacked music festival,” one user tweeted alongside the clip, which has been viewed more than 350,000 times as of Tuesday morning.

The Israeli-German woman is seen dancing joyously at the Tribe of Nova event in the Negev Desert as she is surrounded by fellow revelers a short time before the massacre, which has left at least 260 people dead.

US President Joe Biden delivers remarks on the Israel-Hamas war, as the number of people killed in Hamas's attack on Israel rises above 1,000.

According to a senior defense official, US defence Lloyd Secretary Austin offered the hostage rescue support to his Israeli counterpart, Minister Yoav Gallant, during a weekend phone call.

The offer comes as the Israeli and American governments try to secure the release or rescue of hostages in Gaza some of whom are believed to be American.

Video has emerged showing Israeli naval forces firing at boats belonging to Palestinian terror group Hamas off the coast of the Gaza Strip. Hamas,launched large scale attacks on southern Israel today, firing 5,000 rockets into Israel today before invading by ground and air, reportedly using paragliders. Hamas claimed to have entered Israel on Saturday morning using motorised vehicles attached to parachutes, in an apparent attempt to avoid air defences.

Footage released by the group purportedly shows militants crossing the border into Israel using parachutes with motorised fans to power them through the air.

Some fighters had motors strapped directly to their backs, while others rode on small, three wheeled vehicles dangling from parafoil kites.

A video posted on social media shows militants wearing the crest of the Air Force division of the al-Qassam Brigades -- the military wing of Hamas -- and the Palestinian flag.

The video shows four parachutes in the air, with one attached to a three-wheeled vehicle.

After landing, the fighters are then shown raiding buildings painted with the Star of David, a symbol of both Israel and judaism.

The vehicles are officially known as “powered parachutes”, while using an engine to glide without a vehicle is called “powered paragliding”.

The gliders can be purchased for as little as £12,250 and are built from simple components including a small engine and seat bolted to a metal frame.

They fly at up to 35 miles per hour and can take off from a short stretch of ground.

Hamas’s use of powered parachutists appears to have allowed the group to evade Israeli air defences.

The Telegraph has not been able to independently verify the video or that the vehicles were used in the attacks on Saturday morning.

Although the craft are mainly used by hobbyists, they have been used previously for military operations.

MilSpecPPG, an Australian defence company, has manufactured a version of the vehicles designed for military use.

The company says powered parachutes are “ideal for covert operations” and are “virtually invisible at 800ft when painted in ‘duck egg blue’ with the same coloured wing”.

There is no suggestion the aircraft used by Hamas on Saturday were supplied by MilSpecPPG.

President Joe Biden said Hamas had committed “acts of sheer evil”, adding that the US will provide military assistance including helping to restore the Israeli air defence system “Iron Dome”.

Speaking at the White House, Mr Biden said 14 Americans are thought to be dead with other American citizens being held captive by the terrorists.

He said: “We stand with Israel, make no mistake. These are acts of sheer evil, 14 Americans are dead. families have been slain, and women have been raped and assaulted.

“This is terrorism, it’s a violation of every code of human morality. The loss of innocent life is heartbreaking and Hamas offers nothing but terror and bloodshed.”

The President said Israel has a right to defend itself against the “vicious attacks” and said the US would make sure it has what it needs to take care of its citizens.

Rishi Sunak will hold a Cobra meeting later on Monday after days of escalating violence in Israel and Gaza following the attack by Hamas.

Around 50,000 to 60,000 British nationals are believed to be in either Israel and Gaza, the Government estimates, amid concerns for their safety following the latest upsurge in violence in the region.

A young tattoo artist has been identified as the woman whose body was paraded through the streets in the back of a pickup truck by Hamas terrorists after they attacked an outdoor music rager during their sneak assault on Israel Saturday morning.

Shani Louk was among the hundreds of victims in Israel when Hamas targeted the dance party near Kibbutz Urim and other Israeli communities.

The cruel attack in the Jewish state has led to the deaths of over 600 Israelis with more than 1,500 injured and dozens more kidnapped.

As disturbing footage of the violence quickly spread online, family members recognized Shani, in her early 20s, in a video, her first cousin told the Washington Post.

Armed terrorists chanted “Allahu Akbar” — Arabic for “God is Great” as they paraded her body around.

Her family tried calling her when they discovered that Hamas had crossed over from the Gaza Strip, cousin Tom Weintraub Louk reportedly said. At that point, they didn’t yet see the video of her.

“We knew she was in the party,” she told the newspaper. “She didn’t answer.”

An Israeli mother whose 12- and 16-year-old sons were abducted by Hamas terrorists was visibly irritated when MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell asked about Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip, exclaiming: “I can’t be sympathetic.”

Mitchell, whose left-leaning network has drawn criticism for refusing to refer to Hamas attackers as terrorists, pressed the unidentified mom on her feelings about Israel’s attacks on Gaza.

“I can’t be sympathetic to animal human beings — well, they’re not really human beings — who came into my house, broke everything, stole everything, took my children from their bedrooms and took them to the Gaza Strip,” she said.
