Games featured include:

This 007 First Light push-up scene turns into such a funny gaming moment because he gets all the way to ninety nine, struggles for the final rep, and the game still refuses to let him reach one hundred. It feels like one of those small James Bond gameplay details that instantly becomes a gaming meme, especially because the scene looks so serious while the game is being comp letely disrespectful. Moments like this are exactly why I love finding weird, funny, and unexpected details in games.

The confrontation between the U.S. and Iran escalates in the Persian Gulf as U.S. forces destroy five Iranian tankers following an attempted IRGC attack on an American warship. The Trump administration is increasing military and economic pressure on Tehran while working to keep oil flowing through the Strait of Hormuz.
Meanwhile, Israel and Britain are locked in a growing diplomatic clash over Judea and Samaria. Israel has closed the British Consulate in eastern Jerusalem and announced additional measures after Britain imposed sanctions and an import ban targeting Israeli settlements.

Thousands of US marines are heading for the Middle East, along with the USS Tripoli, an amphibious assault ship, according to senior US officials.
The task force is made up of around 5,000 troops, about half of them marines. The force is trained in specialist amphibious operations, including landings and securing maritime positions. The plan has not yes been publicly announced by the White House but is being briefed by senior US officials.
It comes as Iran is attacking shipping in the Strait of Hormuz - closing the key sea lane through which ships usually carry much of the world’s oil and natural gas supplies.
Fuel prices have surged since the start of the war, as Iran blocks the Strait and attacks tankers, as well as oil refineries and other installations in neighbouring countries that are allies of the US.
President Trump has promised to keep the Strait of Hormuz open, in what has become a key economic battleground in the war. He has said Iran will be “hit very hard” over the coming week.
Meanwhile the Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth said the US would continue to target Iran's leadership and claimed that the country's new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is in hiding, “wounded” and “likely disfigured”.
In Iran, thousands of supporters of the regime have been taking part in mass rallies in the capital Tehran to mark Quds Day, an annual pro-Palestinian event.
Israel has been carrying out further attacks in southern Lebanon, against what it says are Hezbollah fighters supported by Iran.

The US military said it has completed a "heavy wave" of strikes against Iran in retaliation for Tuesday's attempted ballistic missile attacks on American forces.
Iran has responded by continuing attacks across the region. Jordan said it shot down five Iranian missiles, while Kuwait reports one person was killed in an Iranian strike.
The conflict is now pulling in more countries. This week saw the first publicly announced joint US-Saudi strikes against Iranian proxies in Iraq. Egypt has also blamed a drone attack for a fire on two ships, marking the first time it has been targeted since the war began five months ago.
With more countries being drawn in and diplomacy struggling to gain traction, are fears of a wider regional war becoming reality?
On the Iran War Today, we bring you up to date with everything you need to know about the conflict and what might come next.

US President Donald Trump has announced he will scale back US military exercises with South Korea, writing on Truth Social that he is “not happy” with the joint drills and that they send the “wrong signal” to North Korea.
He cited his “very good relationship” with Kim Jong-un and asked Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to “substantially reduce” the exercises, which are due to start on Monday.
In an interview with Al Jazeera, former CIA officer and US Navy veteran Scott Uehlinger said he was “a little surprised at the timing” but that the move has been developing for almost a year.
He said the Iran issue is “just a symptom of a larger problem” — South Korea's “overly friendly” policies towards China, which he says have alarmed other US allies including Japan, the Philippines and Australia.
Uehlinger described Trump's move as “a subtle way” of “mildly scolding South Korea” and urging it to reconsider its China policy.
