With the creepy horror vibes of the classic WHEN A STRANGER CALLS, this 2020 film WHEN IT RINGS will introduce the evil phone to a new generation. Ten years ago, Zach's sister drowned in their backyard pool. Zach's mom became unstable with grief, so he moved out with his dad. Now, Zach returns with his father to sell the house. Zach finds the old toy phone that he and his sister used to play with. Suddenly, it begins ringing, Zach must decide whether to answer it, and open up old wounds, or get rid of it forever. When Zach answers the phone, frantic horror ensues. To survive this evil, Zach needs to piece together the truth of his sister's death before he too loses his life.
