Ang Troubleshooting skills ang isa sa pinaka importanteng skills na dapat matutunan (Para sakin ha) kapag ang linya ng Trabaho mo ay may kinalaman sa IT. Ex. Technical Support, IT Staff, system Admin, system engineer, MIS or Computer Technician ETC. In fact isa ito sa mga task na hindi nawawala sa karamihan ng mga IT professionals. PERO What if sabihin ko sayo na hindi mo kailangan grumaduate sa ano mang IT courses para matutunan ang basic PC troubleshooting?
