Philadelphia: Seventy arrests after looters smash windows to steal Apple products

New footage released by Philadelphia police shows groups of people forcing their way into commercial businesses and stealing products during a looting spree that began in the evening of Tuesday 2 October.

Local police charged more than 70 people allegedly involved in the action.
