Marikina, the shoe capital of the Philippines, crafted a 5.5-meter-long pair of shoes in 2002. In December of that year, Guinness World Records officially recognized them as the largest functional shoes in the world!
3. 🎄 "Longest Christmas celebration?"
While most countries wait for December, the Philippines starts in September and keeps going until January. That’s 1/3 of the year in Christmas mode.
