Walmart randomly launched GeForce Sales Week, and somehow they were selling an RTX 5090 Founders Edition gaming PC for just $4,299. Considering RTX 5090s are incredibly hard to find at retail and are being listed for absurd prices on the resale market, we had to see if this deal was actually real.

So naturally, we bought two gaming PCs from Walmart.
The first system is the ridiculous RTX 5090 build, featuring an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Founders Edition, AMD Ryzen 9 9850X3D, 32GB of RAM, 2TB of storage, a massive 1300W power supply, and it even comes inside the yet-to-be-released Phanteks EX5 case.
We also picked up a second Walmart deal: an RTX 5080 Founders Edition gaming PC for $2,299, equipped with 32GB of RAM and a 1000W power supply.

In this video, we unbox both PCs, inspect the components, see what Walmart actually sent us, and find out whether these GeForce Sales Week deals are genuinely incredible value or if there’s a catch.
Can a complete RTX 5090 gaming PC really make more financial sense than buying the GPU by itself?
