The KKK in the Philippines is a completely different organization from the USA. Founded by the Filipino Hero Andres Bonifacio in 1892, the Kataastaasang Kagalanggalangang Katipunan or KKK in short was a secret society which had to goal of separating the Philippines from her Spanish colonizers.
